Safety / Insurance

• Our safety consultant, Assurance Agency, Ltd., performs monthly jobsite inspections.
• We have weekly safety meetings on every job site.
• We have never had a job site fatality in the history of our company.

Safety / Training

• A. Horn, Inc. recently earned the certification National Certified Mason Contractor by completion of safety training, best business practices study courses, and exams.  Ongoing training is required to keep the designation.
• 100% of our field workforce have completed the OSHA 10-hour safety training.
• 100% of our foremen complete regular safety training programs.
• 100% of our operators are certified to operate fork trucks.
• Our laborers are certified in the construction and safe use of scaffolding.
• Our laborers are certified to construct scaffolding in the City of Chicago.
• We encourage and support all personnel to continue their ongoing education and training.
